Malone Roof Rack Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Speaker 1: Today we have our 2015 Nissan Rogue, we're gonna be installing the Malone Steel Top Square Bar, Roof Rack System. Everything you see comes with it, here on the table. And it comes pretty much already assembled, so the installation process is gonna be very easy.We already have our front bar installed on our vehicle. Now how we got it to this point, we set it onto the factory raised side rails, and then we picked a point up at the front here, mainly this line, and we measured back from that equal distance on both sides. And then we measured for our crossbar overhang, and tightened everything down.We'll go ahead and finish up with our rear bar here on the table. And show you exactly how we did that.First off, we're gonna take our end cap, and just pop that on our bar here. more

Inno Roof Rack Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue we're going to be test fitting the Inno Aero Roof Rack system consisting of part numbers INXB100-2. These are the 39 inch aero crossbars. We'll also be using part number INXS100 and these are the flush feet for the factory raised side rails. We already have our front bar installed on our vehicle and how we got it to the point that it is now, we set them on top of the factory raised side rails and we measured back from the point such as this line here the same distance on both sides to keep it even and then we tightened it down. Our bar on the table here is going to be the rear bar for the side rails and we already have it partially assembled on our table right now.This is everything that comes with the kit. You don't need any tools to install this so this is pretty much an easy install. more

Yakima Roof Rack Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue we're gonna be test-fitting the Yakima core bar roof rack system. That's gonna be consisting of part numbers Y00421. These are the Yakima core bars that you see here. These are 50 inches long. We'll also be using part number Y00147. These are the Timberline towers that specifically attach to your factory raised side rails.We already have our front bars installed on our vehicle, and the way that we got them to where they are now is we set them into place and then we picked a spot along the factory side rail here, this line here, and we measured back from that on both sides equally to make sure it stayed even, and then we measured for our cross bar overhand. more

Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars Installation - 2016 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2016 Nissan Rogue, we'll be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Rhino-Rack roof rack kit. This consists of part numbers RRVA126B-2, that's going to be the vortex arrow crossbars. These bars also come in silver, part number RRVA126S-2 and part number RRSX001, that's the Rhino-Rack RS series roof legs. The Rhino-Rack crossbar kit is a perfect solution for carrying your vehicle accessories on your vehicle's roof rack, whether those are bike racks, cargo baskets, or ski and snowboard carriers. It's also going to empty up space inside your vehicle, and allow you to carry more cargo. The crossbar's going to be an aerodynamic shape, so it's going to help to reduce wind noise and drag, as well as that weather strip in the top, it's going to help keep dirt, debris, and liquid out of your crossbar. The weather strip is easy to remove, and you can insert channel-mounted accessories and easily cut down the weather stripand insert it around your channel-mounted accessories. The crossbars come with endcaps that have plastic lock cores, thought these can be removed, and you can purchase metal lock cores on our website. The part number for the metal lock cores is RRVA-LEC4. The foot pack is going to have rubber on the bottom, so it's going to give a nice, flush look to your crossbars. more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2016 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2016 Nissan Rogue we'll be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Thule Roof Rack system. This is going to consist of part numbers THARB47 which will be the Thule Aeroblade Crossbars. These bars also come in black with part number THARB47B and part number TH450R which is the Thule Rapid Cross Road Roof Mounted Foot Pack. The Thule roof rack kit is a perfect solution for carrying your vehicle's roof rack accessories on your vehicle's roof whether that's bike racks, cargo baskets or ski and snowboard carriers. The crossbar is going to be an aerodynamic shape with a whether strip on the inside to help to reduce wind noise and drag. We can flip part of the end cap cover out of the way. more

Rhino Rack Roof Rack Review - 2017 Nissan Altima- Video
Today on our 2017 Nissan Ultima, we're going to be test-fitting the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack system consisting of part numbers RRVA126S-2, these are the silver crossbars; part number RRRLKVA, and these are the 2500 Series legs for the Vortex Aero Crossbars; and part number DK381, and this is the custom fit kit for your Ultima that clamps it on to your vehicle. Now, we already have the front on installed, and you can see that it has this nice aerodynamic shape to the bar itself, and that coupled with the rubber strip on the top here will actually cut down the wind noise and drag while you're driving. It is lockable, so once you actually attach both crossbars to your vehicle, it is secured to your vehicle as well. Now, the combined weight capacity for both bars is 165 pounds, although you always want to double-check with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can withstand that kind of weight. Also, these do come in black as part number RRVA126FB-2. All right, let's go ahead and show you how the rear one goes on. We already have it partially assembled on our table, here. We'll go ahead and take our 2500 Series leg, and we'll actually slide it into our track here with this metal bracket, here. It'll just slide in like so, and then we're going to go ahead and do a couple of measurements here to determine the spacing between this edge here and our leg. Normally, you would have measuring strips that you would cut to length, put them in there so it's more of a permanent application, but for demonstration purposes, we'll just go ahead and measure it out. You can find these measurements in your instructions. more

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2016 Nissan Quest- Video
Today on our 2016 Nissan Quest, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Roof Rack System, consisting of part numbers THLB58, these are the Thule Square Load Bars, 58" long, and part number TH450, these are the Crossroad Roof-Mounted Foot Packs, specifically for your factory raised side rails. We already have the front one installed. It's a nice, sturdy bar, along with the rear load bar. It has a carry capacity of 165 pounds, although you want to double check with your vehicles manual to make sure it can withstand that weight on the roof, as well as the bars. We already have the front one installed, let's go ahead and show you how the rear one installs. It's very easy and very quick, and these can fit on multiple vehicles. We'll take our Crossroads foot pack, make sure it's in the open position, and this portion here will slide on to the end of our load bar. more

Inno Roof Rack Review - 2016 Nissan Quest- Video
Today in our 2016 Nissan Quest, we're going to be test-fitting the Inno Roof Rack System consisting of part numbers, INXB115-2, these are the Inno Area Crossbars, 45 inches long, and part number INXS-100, these are the Inno Flush Feet for Aero Crossbars, particularly for raised side rails like you see here. We already have the front one installed and you can see the shape of the bar has a nice aerodynamic shape to it and that's going to cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving. We have these end-caps here that are lockable so your roof rack will be secure to your side rails once it's installed. This, along with the rear cross bar, have a carrying capacity of 165 pounds. Although, you want to double-check with your manufacture's instructions to make sure your roof can withstand that kind of weight. We have the front one installed. Consisting of part numbers THARB53 these are the AeroBlade Load Bars and these also come in black as part number THARB53B, and then part number TH450R and these are the Rapid Crossroad Foot Packs that mount around your factory raised side rails. Now, we already have the front one installed and as you can see, the bar itself has a nice aerodynamic shape to it and that's going to cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving. Along with the rear load bar installed, this does have a carrying capacity of 165 pounds although, you want to double check with your vehicles manual to make sure they can withstand that weight on the roof. Today on our two thousand sixteen Nissan Juke, we're doing a test it of the inno aero crossbars. The part number for the crossbar we're using today are INXB93, which is the bar for our back and INXB100 for the front. Our foot pack today is INXS200 and the fit kit for this vehicle is INK399. Now we already have our front bar put together. We've got one of our foot packs for the back bar. I'm going to show you how to put the last one together and then how we load it up onto our vehicle. Everything that you see here is included, the only thing you want to provide is a flat tape measure, even though regular tape measure, just to measure everything. Inno Roof Rack Review - 2016 Nissan Altima- Video
Today on our 2016 Nissan Altima, we're doing a testfit of the Inno Crossbars. The part number for our crossbars today is INXB 108-2, for our footpack, we're using INXS 200 and for our fit kit for this vehicle we're using INK 625. Now we already have our front crossbar put together, we've got one of our footpacks for the back bar put together, we'll show you the last one, how you secure it onto our bar, and then how we load that up onto our vehicle. Everything that you see here on our table is included with our kit. We're going to start by taking our footpack here, we'll take our rubber piece and we're just going to fit it onto the bottom. Push it down, make sure it's completely secure on the bottom of our crossbar here. Then, we'll flip it around and we're going to unscrew this bolt. We can take our clamp, we're going to hold it into place here, and start to tighten down that bolt once again. Now we just want to tighten it down just enough so that the clamp is held into place. more

Today on this 2012 Nissan Murano we're going to be test fitting the Inno Roof Rack, part numbers INXB108, which there is going to be two of those, that's going to be the cross bar. This has a nice aerodynamic shape which will cut down on wind noise and drag while your driving. It has this nice flush look on your roof rack, with these end caps here that do lock. more

Today, on our 2016 Nissan Frontier, we'll be doing a test fit of the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform. That's part number RR42114BF. Now, its dimensions are 38 inches wide by 48 inches long. It's going to allow you to mount a wide variety of Rhino-Rack accessories. You can see you got all these channels here that you can mount anything from bike racks to gas cans to spotlight mounts, really anything at all. Today on our 2016 Nissan Frontier, we will be doing a test with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar Roof Rack System, using part numbers RRBA137B-2 for the 54-inch aluminum black crossbars, part number RRLKVA for the leg kit, and part number GK108 for the clamps and the pads. Today on this 2012 Nissan Murano, we're going to be test-fitting the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Roof Rack. The part numbers are going to RRVA118B, those are going to be your crossbars. Then we have the SX series legs, part number RRSX001. We have the front crossbar installed. Go over a couple features of this. It does have a nice aerodynamic shape so it's going to cut down wind noise and drag. But it also has this vortex strip here at the top which actually can be removed and then you can place things inside that T-track, accessories such as bike racks, cargo baskets, or anything else that has a T-track accessory. Rhino Rack Roof Rack Review - 2016 Nissan Versa Note- Video
Today on our 2016 Nissan Versa Note we're are doing a test fit of the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero crossbars. Now the part number for our cross bars here is RRVA1180B-2. For our foot pack we have RRRLKVA and for our fit kit for the Note we have DK 382. Now we already have that front crossbar in place we're going to show you how we put this last foot pack together here and how we put this crossbar on to our vehicle. I've gone ahead and positioned our clamp on here and tightened it down using our bolt, I'll just unscrew that tighten that down just a bit keep that clamp in place. We are going to start by removing our plastic foot here and we are going to take our pad and we're just going to insert that in, its going to face forward now that arrow there but once we get it on to our vehicle its actually going to face backwards Then we'll take our entire foot pack here and we're just going to use this piece and slide it into place. Now that loose on there you will need to provide a flat tape measure or any kind of tape measure that you may have. more

Rhino Rack Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Maxima- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Maxima, we're doing a test fit of the Rhino Rack Vortex Arrow Crossbars. Part number for our crossbars here is RRVA118B-2. For the footpack we're using, it's RRRLKVA and for the fit kit down here, part number is going to be DK171, and that fit kit is designed to work with these Maximas. Inno Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Maxima- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Maxima, we're doing test-fit of the Inno Square Bars, the part number for the Square Bars is INB127. For the foot pack that we're using with it, is INSU-K5, and for the Fit Kit that is designed for the Maxima, is INK583. We've already got our front crossbar in place and loaded up, we've got our feet on, we're going to show you how we put the Fit Kit onto the foot pack. To slide our foot packs on, we just pull down on the bolt here and they just slide into place onto the bar. We're going to take our rubber pad first and simply place that on the bottom with the ridge facing inside, so the fatter side towards the inside of the foot pack, or the crossbar. Next we'll take our Fit Kit clamp, and we'll just hold that in place. We'll take our two locking pieces, set those in place, and use the lock to tighten that down. more

Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue we're going to be doing a test fit of the Yakima roof rack system for the 2015 Nissan Rogue. It's going to be a round bar setup with the factory RailGrab feet pads. Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Murano, we will be testing the Thule Aeroblade Rapid Crossroad Roof Rack System using part numbers THARB53 for the 53" load bars front and rear and part number TH450R for the Rapid Crossroad foot packs. So for right now to begin, I'm going to show you how to put our foot pack on our load bar. So what you want to is you want to go ahead and remove your end cap and go ahead and slide your foot pack on your bar and go ahead and put your end cap back. And like I said before with our front load bar already installed we can go ahead and put this on our factory raised rails. We want to make sure that our strap is undone that way it slides underneath. We'll go ahead and set it right about there. Go ahead and make sure our strap is underneath here. All right now first things first, we'll want to make sure we've got a little indicator here. I don't know if you can see that. more

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Rogue we're going to test fit the Thule Crossroads roof rack system. We're using the 50" square bars. Those are part number THLB50, and the 450 foot packs or the Crossroads foot packs, the appropriate part number is TH450. Now we are using the 50" bars but with the setup the way it is you can go as large as you'd like with the width. It's a preference matter. Some people really like when they hang off so they can put some accessories here on the end. That's going to be up to you. more

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder THARB60- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we're going to be test fitting the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system. Today we're using the 60" aero blades. These are part number THARB60, and the Rapid Crossroads foot packs, which are part number TH450R. Now per the Thule fit guide it calls for a 53" bar, but we found through a test fit that the 60" bars will work, so we just want to give you an idea what they look like on the car. Now we've already got the rear bar installed so we'll place the front bar right onto the side rails of the vehicle here. Now we need to get our feet in line with each other so what we're going to do is measure back from this fixed point of where the side rails meet the foot of the side rails. We're going to measure back from there 2" to the leading edge of our foot pack. more

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Pathfinder THARB53- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we're going to be test fitting the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system. We'll be using part numbers THARB53 for the aero blades and part number TH450R for our foot packs. We've already got the rear of the rack installed so we'll show you how to take care of installing the front half. We're going to place the front crossbar directly onto the front roof line of our vehicle, allowing it to rest onto our side rails. Now we'll need to find a fixed point to measure from, and there's a nice meeting place between the side rail and the foot pack here, so we'll measure back from that 2" to the leading edge of our foot pack. We're going to do this measurement on both sides. This will help to ensure that our feet are in line with one another. With our feet in line we'll take a quick look to be sure we have our bars centered, or equal overhang on either side. more

The foot pack is TH480R and the Fit Kit, which includes the clamp and the pad, is going to be part number TH1633. We went ahead and installed our front crossbar so we're going to show you how to install the rear crossbar as well as put one of the foot packs together. We'll begin by turning our bar over and removing the end cap. You'll need to assemble the fit kit onto the foot pack. I like to start with the pad. As you can see, it's got kind of a U-shape and the base on the foot pack has that same shape. more

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Nissan Frontier THARB53- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Frontier we're going to be test fitting the Thule Rapid Traverse roof rack system. We're using the 53" aero blades. Its part number is THARB53. We've got the Rapid Traverse foot packs, part number TH480R. The fit kit that we're going to show you how to install is part number THKIT1430. Now we've already installed three portions of the foot pack. They come with four clips and four pads. more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2012 Nissan Rogue, we'll be test fitting the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system, part numbers THARB53 and TH450R. We'll begin our test fit by placing the front load bar onto the raised side rails of our roof. Now there's a cutout on the raised side rail from the part that anchors into the roof and to the elongated parallel rails on the raised side rails. We'll set the feet on both sides of the vehicle right next to these cutouts to make sure that the front load bar is perpendicular to the raised side rails of our Rogue. Once we've established this position, we'll then pop off the end cap to bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the raised side rails. We'll then use the included Allen key at the end of the end cap to tighten down the black Allen bolt to bring the straps up around tightly against the raised side rails. more

Rhino-Rack Aero Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Sentra- Video
Today on this 2012 Nissan Sentra, we're going to be test fitting the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack using part numbers DA126B and DK172. We already have the crossbar assemblies put together, so now we're ready to mount them onto the vehicle. The first thing we need to do is open both the front doors. To position our front bar, we need to measure 250 millimeters from the center of the door gap between the front and rear door. Once we have our position set, we can go ahead and tighten on the front crossbar assembly. We want to be sure we do the measurement on both sides of the vehicle and that we move back and forth from passenger side to driver side as we tighten. This helps us tighten down the system evenly, and helps us make sure that we do not lose our position. With the front bar tightened down, we're ready to move on to the rear. more

Thule Traverse Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Altima- Video
Today, on our 2012 Nissan Altima, well be test fitting the Thule Traverse Roof Rack System, using part numbers THKIT1580, TH480, and THLB50.With our roof rack pre-assembled according to the instructions found with the fit kit, were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle.Well first need to open the doors on the vehicle. With the doors open, we can now simple set the front crossbar on top of the roof, well then take a measurement from the top of the windshield back on the roof. Well need to measure back 10 inches and this will be the location of the leading edge of the towers on either side of the front crossbar. With the front crossbar in place, we can now tighten it down using the included torque tools within each tower.Now that our front crossbars secured to the vehicle, we can go ahead and move on to the rear crossbar. Again, well set it on top of the roof. This time well need to do another measurement. more
